Notably, there are no limitations on specific servers or software elements, such as the SQL database. This ensures unparalleled stability, eliminating the need for system crashes or downtime for processor and storage upgrades. It is essential to emphasize that INSAN is not confined to any specific data center; rather, it leverages the capabilities of Microsoft Azure, a true cloud platform that stands distinct from traditional data centers commonly found in local ISPs or other service providers.

  • Externally, INSAN harnesses the capabilities of the Microsoft Azure cloud, benefitting from its robust security features. Internally, the system is intricately designed with role-based access rights and meticulous attention to detail at the database level, ensuring adherence to international standards. This design guarantees complete separation between individual users and their respective roles, contributing to a secure and well-organized system architecture. What if we need different set of modules, not based on the listed packages. Is it possible?

  • Currently, INSAN supports Arabic, English and Kurdish languages. Other languages can be added upon request. We require up to two weeks for translation and testing.

  • INSAN can be installed on customers' servers if company policy or internet access necessitates it. However, opting for the cloud is recommended to ensure adherence to standards and maintain versioning control effectively.

  • INSAN undergoes daily backup procedures twice a day for enhanced data security. Additionally, customers have the flexibility to request backups at any time to meet their specific needs.

  • INSAN strictly follows an upgrade policy, implementing new modules and major upgrades on a weekly basis. Minor adjustments and improvements are addressed weekly.
